AE Realty and Consultancy Inc. is led by PRC-licensed real estate professionals with over 19 years of industry experience.

We specialize in real estate brokerage and marketing, handling both sales and leasing of a wide range of properties—including commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural, and other asset types.
Through the years, we have built strong, collaborative relationships with local and international real estate developers and brokerage firms, allowing us to deliver broader market access and better opportunities for our clients.

We also provide expert guidance and hands-on support in real estate investment, acquisition, and disposition, helping clients make informed decisions when buying or selling properties.

Kristine has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2007 and became a licensed Real Estate Consultant in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She is an International Realtor Member of the National Association of REALTORS® and likewise a member of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards – City of Taguig Real Estate Board. In addition, she serves as the Support and Growth Director Consultant of BNI Manila Central.

Loralee has been a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Real Estate Appraiser since 2012. She
is also a licensed Real Estate Consultant since 2022. She is a BS Community Development
graduate from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. She also has MBA units from the
Ateneo de Manila University. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®,
Philippine Association of Realty Appraisers, and Philippine Association of Real Estate
Boards- City of Taguig Real Estate Board.

Michael Reyes

Mike started a career in the banking industry, specifically in customer service and marketing. He was able to build good and strong relationship with clients and quickly earned their trust. Then he worked for 7 years as a warehouse manager, and later became an entrepreneur in the garment industry for 9 years. He is currently developing a career in Real Estate as an accredited salesperson under the supervision of AE Realty and Consultancy, Inc.
